1. High rigidity and high precision
The bed is made of resin sand cast iron (e.g. HT300) casting, after aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, to ensure long-term machining stability;
The guideway adopts linear rolling guide (such as THK, HIWIN) or hydrostatic guideway (high-precision models). (high-precision models), high moving precision and wear-resistant;

2. Multi-axis linkage and compound machining

Error compensation: the system has built-in thermal deformation compensation and screw pitch error compensation function, adapting to the precision attenuation during long-time machining;
Continued machining at breakpoint: after power failure or tool change in the machining process, the current program position can be called to continue machining to avoid scrapping of workpieces;
Remote monitoring: some models support the Internet of Things (IoT) interface, which can monitor the machining status in real time (e.g., spindle load, tool wear), and warn of failures in advance.
