Hydraulic Press Production Line for Manufacturing Automotive Wheels

Zhongyou Hydraulic Press Manufacturer designed and built two 1000-ton hydraulic presses for the customer to produce automotive wheels. 
 The customer provided their requirements, and based on these specifications, our professional technical team delivered the most scientifically sound hydraulic press design solution. We selected the optimal pressure values and integrated hydraulic cylinders for buffering, a cooling system, and an advanced servo control system. This system enables convenient adjustment of press operating parameters and ensures seamless integration into the client's existing production line.

Additionally, our presses are equipped with palletizing robots to further enhance production efficiency. 

 These two advanced hydraulic presses are now in full operation, producing high-quality automotive wheels in large volumes daily for the client.
